Community focuses on strengthening lives by addressing immediate needs while creating pathways to long-term independence. We believe no one should have to face homelessness, addiction, domestic violence, food insecurity, or financial hardship alone.

Through compassionate outreach, case management, housing resources, recovery support, and community partnerships, we help individuals and families move from crisis to stability.

Compassion is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families through accessible healthcare services, education, and supportive care. We believe quality healthcare should be available to everyone, regardless of age or income.

Led by healthcare professionals and community partners, Compassion supports seniors, caregivers, individuals with chronic illnesses, and underserved populations through wellness programs, preventive care, health education, and compassionate services.

As ProjectC3 grows, Compassion will also include an Adult Day Health Center designed to provide safe, engaging, and comprehensive care for older adults while giving caregivers the support they need.
