ProjectC3: Culture, Community, Compassion Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals, strengthening families, and building healthier, more resilient communities through holistic programs rooted in culture, community, and compassion.

Founded in 2021, ProjectC3 began as a grassroots community initiative driven by a simple belief: every person deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, purpose, and hope. Since then, we have partnered with local organizations, businesses, healthcare professionals, and volunteers to host community outreach events, provide essential resources, and create opportunities that uplift underserved populations throughout Los Angeles County.

Our work is built on the understanding that lasting change requires more than addressing one challenge at a time. Housing, health, education, economic opportunity, and community connection are deeply intertwined. That's why ProjectC3 takes a whole-person approach—meeting immediate needs while helping individuals and families build long-term stability and success.

Our mission comes to life through three interconnected pillars:

Culture inspires creativity, education, entrepreneurship, and personal growth while celebrating the diverse identities and talents that strengthen our communities.

Community connects individuals and families with essential resources, housing support, recovery services, workforce opportunities, and programs that foster stability, belonging, and self-sufficiency.

Compassion promotes health, wellness, and quality of life through healthcare access, senior services, caregiver support, health education, and community-based initiatives that care for every generation.

Since our founding, ProjectC3 has proudly organized community outreach events, essential resource distributions, meal programs, and strategic partnerships that have created meaningful impact throughout the communities we serve. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to developing innovative programs—including an Adult Day Health Center, expanded health and wellness services, recovery support, youth mentorship, workforce development, and community resource navigation—to ensure every individual has access to the support they need to thrive.

Growing through Service

2021 | The Beginning

ProjectC3: Culture, Community, Compassion was founded with a vision to create lasting change by addressing the social, economic, and health needs of underserved communities. What began as a grassroots effort quickly evolved into a growing movement rooted in service, collaboration, and hope.

2022 | Building Community

ProjectC3 focused on cultivating relationships with local leaders, volunteers, businesses, and community organizations that shared our commitment to serving others. These partnerships laid the foundation for future outreach initiatives and expanded our ability to make a meaningful impact.

2023 | Community Impact in Action

ProjectC3 proudly hosted one of its signature community outreach events in with the Los Angeles Transitional Center & Private Chef Dominique in helping provide nutritious meals for residents participating in transitional housing programs, supporting individuals and families on their journey toward stability and independence.Together, we created a day centered on dignity, connection, and hope by providing:

  • Fresh hibachi-style meals prepared on-site

  • Free professional haircuts

  • Complimentary braids and wig services

  • Children's games and family-friendly activities

  • Hygiene kits and essential supplies

  • Clothing and other basic necessities

This event reflected our belief that true community support extends beyond meeting immediate needs—it restores confidence, creates meaningful connections, and reminds every individual that they are seen, valued, and cared for.

2025 | Responding with Compassion

When devastating wildfires affected the Los Angeles region, ProjectC3 answered the call to serve by volunteering in both the Pasadena and Pacific Palisades communities. Alongside fellow volunteers and community partners, we assisted with relief efforts, helping support individuals and families impacted by the fires during a time of urgent need.

These efforts reflect our commitment to standing beside our community—not only during everyday challenges, but also in times of crisis. Whether through outreach, partnerships, disaster response, or essential services, ProjectC3 remains dedicated to providing hope, compassion, and meaningful support whenever and wherever it is needed.

2026 | Building for the Future

As ProjectC3 prepares for its next chapter, we are pursuing 501(c)(3) public charity status and expanding programs that address the interconnected needs of our communities.
